as a franchise.
- We will advise you in finding the ideal location for immediate output and to ensure a good ROI (return on investment). The required location must be in a middle class or upper middle class area or in a modern shopping center that serves these markets.
- We deliver the restaurant ‘turnkey’. One of our associates will assist you from the start of construction or adaptation of the facilities, as well as with follow up to ensure compliance with the image standards.
- We work with our architects to recreate the European atmosphere of Salciccium at any location. The model is designed to enable functionality and speed of execution during operations.
- We train personnel in food, hygiene, technology and administrative matters.
- We produce and provide the sausages, meat products and Euro Burgers at our own artisan factory (Embutidos el Camino). We hold to the European ‘Check Safety First’ and national TIF hygiene system
- We provide the various breads and pre-cooked frozen baking doughs for high-quality results.
- For more usual local produce, we have a standardized list of products and suppliers who represent the brands maintaining the required quality.
